These are coffees with such outstanding flavours and depth, that it would be a shame to alter them with milk. Try these out in espresso, a plunger, or a filter style, however you like, but we strongly recommend leaving these coffees to shine on their own. Milk often cuts through and disguises some of the more delicate flavours in coffee, so try these ones black before you add anything to them. If you’re normally a white coffee drinker, you might be surprised at how your palette responds to a black coffee.
