Spiced Chai Drinking Powder

1kg. A creamy mix of powdered malt, vanilla, black tea and mixed Indian spices. Ingredients include: skim milk solids, sugar, spices (25%).

This is a very sweet and deluxe  Gluten Free Spiced Chai mixture. Although not a traditional Chai this is an excellent substitute for people who can't drink caffeine but still enjoy their lattes.

TO SERVE:

Mix 2-3 tablespoons of the Spiced Chai Powder with about 20ml of boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add 250ml of heated or frothed milk.
