Coffee baskets are not made equal!
The standard coffee baskets that come with your machine are often cheaply manufactured, hole sizes are different sizes and the placement of the holes can be inaccurate.
What this means for your coffee is that your extraction can be unbalanced as water will pass through the coffee bed through the easiest path.
The Pesado precision coffee baskets are made with high-quality tensile stainless steel with precision consistent perforations that extend right to the edge of the basket for a perfectly even extraction every time.
