To ensure a prompt delivery, Coffee Beans Delivered use Australian courier companies for most metropolitan deliveries and Australian Post for some regional areas. Most deliveries will be shipped the same day however we will endeavor to meet a maximum 48 hour dispatch time for all orders and you will be sent a notification once it has left our dispatch offices. From there it should be delivered within the time frames (business working days) outlined below.

We reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier (using a comparable service) than the above noted. Orders will be shipped using our preferred provider and we are unable to accommodate shipping orders on a customer’s personal shipping account.
If something is missing from your order or you have not received it within the above time frame please contact us using the contact us form, or the “support box/conversation pop up” located on the right hand bottom of your screen.
All orders must be paid for in full via the PayPal or Shopify payment gateway prior to the order being sent. If at any stage you experience an error in paying for a order please contact us via the contact us form or the “support box/conversation pop up” located on the right hand bottom of the screen.
All of the deliveries using Startrack are insured from loss, theft or damages for your peace of mind, however if you choose “Authority to Leave” you waive the insurance from theft.
Our service is dedicated to assuring that your order is never lost or misplaced. For this reason, please ensure that you organise the delivery address to a place where somebody will be there to receive it from the courier. For most states, the deliveries will need to be signed for unless you expressly give us Authority to Leave (ATL) with instructions of where to place the order. Please be aware that insurance does not cover for lost or stolen goods if the customer chooses to use the ATL option. Orders delivering to WA, NT and some regional QLD postcodes with standard free shipping may be delivered by Australia post and they will leave a note to pick up if no one is present to sign for delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Under applicable consumer law, we are not required to give a refund or offer a credit if you change your mind about what you have purchased from us.
We have great quality control systems which allows us to maintain an extremely high quality of coffee every day. All coffee must meet these high standards or it will not be dispatched. Because coffee is a consumable item and with current COVID-19 conditions, we cannot except returns on coffee.
However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase so if you experience any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you miss the delivery from the courier you may be eligible for free re-delivery in most cases. You will receive a letter that says that the couriers missed you and how to contact them to organise a re-delivery.
