Did you know coffee is actually a fruit?! The thing we refer to as "beans" are actually seeds within the coffee cherry fruit. The sad part is that when coffee beans are harvested, most of the cherry flesh ends up in general waste.

I am Grounded saw an opportunity to reduce waste and upcycle the coffee cherries into super-delicious, nutrient-packed bars that help balance out your rollercoaster highs all while reducing the 20 Billion tonnes of coffee fruit waste.
