We have sourced an absolute stunner from a humble farmer Nelson Soza who, with his family of 4 sons, work together to deliver this coffee using 100% sustainable and organic farming methods.
Let's tell you about Nelson Soza: His farm "Finca Cerro Bonito" was originally started by his grandfather 1967 and then taken over by his father who passed it to him in 2012. Nelson, his wife and his four boys all help out on the farm as this will be a part of their heritage for years to come since more than 90% of their income relies on the sale of coffee to people like yourself.
- Tasting Notes
Grown in the Las Aradas, a community of San Jeronimo sitting at 1550 MASL. These beans are a Catimore variety, from a Washed process which creates a lovely clean and balanced flavour. In the cup, you’re going to experience a lovely thick body, with lemon acidity and a toffee or caramel finish.
